The Emate Inductive LED Electric Mate (Calabaza Design) is the easiest way to keep your yerba warm and flavorful for hours. Just connect the inductive base to a USB power source (wall adapter included), place the mate on the base, and the green LED light will turn on to show it’s heating. The interior maintains yerba at an ideal 50°–60°C, so you can come back later and still enjoy a great-tasting mate without starting over.
For best results, keep the mate on the base without water inside to preserve heat. Use hot water at traditional mate temperature (recommended 70°–80°C) from a thermos or kettle. Flavor will naturally fade depending on how many refills you make, the yerba quality, water temperature, and your pouring style.
